Management Board

Krzysztof Ratyński – President of the Management Board. In 2003 he graduated from the Warsaw Technical University, faculty of mechatronics, with the professional title of automation and robotics engineer. In 2008, he completed post-graduate studies at Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki, Zarządzania i Administracji in Warsaw and was granted a property manager license . In 2012 he graduated with honours from the Faculty of Management in the Bogdan Jański Academy with Master’s degree in organization management. Mr. Ratyński started his professional career in 1996, in Polish Oil and Gas Company in the gas pressure station in Rembelszczyzna. Two years later he joined the automation systems services and commissioning at Johnson Controls International Sp. z o.o. His duties included coordination of commissioning operations at such facilities as the New Daewoo FSO Paint Shop, the Flue Gas Desulphurisation Block at the Połaniec power plant, and Polfa Warszawa. Furthermore, he participated in installation commissioning at a number of office buildings in Warsaw, including FOCUS, WTC, IRYDION, AGORA, MILLENIUM PLAZA, Centrum Finansowe Puławska, the seat of the Constitutional Court, and others.

In 2000, Mr Ratyński was appointed head of the Building Technical Services Division at Johnson Controls International Sp. z o.o. He pioneered the development of this division in the Polish branch of Johnson Controls International Sp. z o.o, specializing in management and providing technical service for cutting-edge installations in ‘Intelligent Buildings.’ He designed and managed comprehensive maintenance servicing of such buildings as the Philips Company House, Roma Office Centre, Nordic Park, Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

In 2003, Mr. Ratyński established the Efor Inteligentne Budynki company. He coordinated and supervised the commissioning and operation of technical infrastructure, representing inter alia the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. In 2007 he co-founded and became a shareholder in EFOR Group Sp. z o.o. where he acted as CEO. Until December 2009, he managed and supervised inter alia the delivery of comprehensive maintenance services to such facilities as the Faculty of Law and Administration and The Old Library at the Warsaw University, 11 buildings of the Warsaw School of Economics, Philips Company House and numerous apartment buildings, office buildings and commercial space. He managed and coordinated installation projects for such companies as M1 Metro Group, Carrefour Express, PHILIPS Polska, Marcpol. Currently, he applies the knowledge and experience gained in the course of his career in Empirias Technical Consulting, providing independent advisory services and consulting in the domain of construction and installation, as well as servicing, operations and maintenance of premises. His key clients include such companies as COLLIERS International, KNIGHT FRANK, BASF, LEGG MASON TFI, TUP Property, the Canadian Embassy, Warsaw School of Economics, Mostostal Lublin, University of Warsaw, the Medical University in Warsaw – the Centre for Preclinical Research and Technology, Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw – Centre for New Technologies, PHILIPS Polska, IKEA, The Westin Warsaw and many other.
