Technical Consulting was established in July 2010 as a natural outcome of the development of our company, which is and a follow-up of the previous business operating under the brand name Kancelaria Techniczna Krzysztof Ratyński. The new business was formed in response to the ever-increasing expectations, requirements and needs of the investment and development markets and the demand for comprehensive services related to regular administration and permanent maintenance services rendered to real estate of all kinds – public utility facilities as well as commercial developments such as office buildings, shopping malls and centres, apartment blocks, logistics centres and industrial plants.
Recurring problems arising in connection with the performance of contracts tainted with error or including ambiguously worded technical provisions have demonstrated the need for an organization ready to provide support in the above-mentioned instances and above all – to prevent such problems from happening.

Our main objective is to provide comprehensive services in all technical aspects related with property handover from an EPC contractor or a previous owner, technical and formal preparation of the premises for use, as well as technical administration and warranty claims management.

Technical Consulting utilises its expertise and experience for the effective enforcement of guarantee obligations and terms and conditions stipulated in construction and technical contracts, thus preventing the possible losses which might occur due to incompetence or unfairness of the EPC contractor or any other party to the construction or works contract.

We deliver invaluable support for our clients in their business dealings on the real estate market as well as in the scope of renting office and commercial space.
The most important services offered include the following: assistance in property purchases, real estate technical audits, assessment of tenders and implementation of development contracts, as well as representation in purchase or rental negotiations.
